Dear Folks
Today, Sunday 19th May 2013 was my first experience enjoying a great dinner at Abyssian Maritime Ethopian 'Traditional' Restaurant in Stone Town Zanzibar in the company of Tony, Mary, Zehabta, Manager of Ethopian Airways and myself where the food was excellent with friendly staff especially the Restaurant Manageress who attended to us right through the evening. (A nice get-together with Zahabia and the restaurant Manageress both from Ethopia).
I am sure most of you have at some time or the other eaten Ethopian food, as such I will not bother to explain the traditional style as the photographs does the talking!! To me, it was my first experience.

THE WHITE ROLLS IS FINE BREAD EATEN WITH THE FOOD.Each time you pick some food, you use the bread which acts as a spoon.
